Zyp is operated by Elite Aces Developments Ltd. In this policy, Zyp, we, us, and our refer to Zyp and Elite Aces Developments Ltd.
This policy covers Zyp websites, customer, driver, vendor, and operations services, together with related communications and support.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, account and profile details, addresses, business details, service preferences, messages, support requests, and information submitted in forms.
For pre-registration, we collect the information required by the selected form. Customer registrations include email, city, country, and service interest. Driver registrations include email, phone number, and vehicle type. Vendor registrations include business name, email, phone number, city, and country.
When you use Zyp services, we may collect order, booking, delivery, ride, payment-status, payout, communication, support, location, and address information needed to provide, secure, support, or fulfil the service. Driver onboarding can require identity and eligibility materials, including government identification, licence, and selfie documents.
We collect technical and usage information generated by our websites and apps, including device and browser information, IP address, identifiers, diagnostics, log data, cookie or similar-technology data, and interactions with our services.
We use personal information to operate, protect, support, and improve Zyp; create and manage accounts; process and confirm waitlist registrations; provide food, ride, delivery, payment, and partner services; communicate about service activity; prevent fraud and misuse; meet legal and safety obligations; resolve disputes; and understand how our services are used.
We use waitlist information to operate the pre-launch program, provide requested launch updates, and plan service availability. We do not use a waitlist registration as consent to send separate promotional marketing messages. Where we offer marketing messages, we will request a separate opt-in and provide a way to withdraw it.
We process information with your knowledge and consent where required, to provide the services you request, to meet legal obligations, to protect people and the platform, and for legitimate operational interests that do not override your rights.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide Zyp, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or support a corporate transaction permitted by law.
Service providers process information for us under appropriate safeguards. These can include authentication, payment, email delivery, cloud storage, analytics, monitoring, communications, security, and support providers.
We may share the minimum information necessary with the people or businesses involved in a requested service. For example, a customer, driver, vendor, or support and operations team may receive relevant contact, order, booking, delivery, location, or status information to complete, support, investigate, or secure that service.
Zyp and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. When information is transferred across borders, we use safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law.
We retain waitlist information for up to 24 months after submission to operate the pre-launch program, provide requested launch updates, and plan service availability. We delete or anonymize it sooner if you ask us to do so, unless retention is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Other personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by the type of information and service.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, object to certain processing, or ask questions about our privacy practices.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and legal or security requirements can limit some requests.
Zyp is not directed to children where use requires legal capacity or an adult account holder. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the request.
